Ingredients:
Pounded Chicken Breasts cut into strips ( 300 gm ) Olive oil ( 3 tablespoon )
Skewers ( if you want to wrap them around ) Teriyaki sauce ( you may use any brand ) Garlic powder ( half teaspoon ) Pepper and Salt Juice of half a lemon Directions: Arrange the chicken strips onto skewers if you want to or use it without the skewers. Now sprinke some salt and pepper over all the strips. Into a nonstick pan, add olive oil and one tablespoon of teriyaki sauce. Add the chicken strips and saute for about 2 minutes. Make sure to turn the strips so that both the sides are evenly coooked.
Now add 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce into the pan. Also add the garlic powder and give it a stir.
Now cook the chicken in this sauce until most
of the sauce is absorbed. At the end , add the lemon juice and give it a toss! You may sprinke some more black pepper if you feel the need to do so.
