Leche Frita literally means Fried Milk, and is a Spanish sweet made of extra thick milk pudding which is battered and deep fried, and then finally rolled in cinnamon and sugar.
This is quite easy to make and the results are absolutely spectacular! Its basically a cruncy, warm custard that oozes out at the first bite. Yes, I know you might not understand what I meant by this right now, but I’m sure you will after we go through the recipe!

Sweet and salty are two flavors that are absolutely delicious together. Salted Caramel is the ultimate desert charger and can be used as a syrup to pour over many other desserts to maximize the heavenly experience. Well, that’s what I’ve done today! These divine chocolaty chewy brownies with the lovely salted caramel layer ( which tastes like butter toffee by the way ) on top is a match made in heaven! I don’t even have words to describe it!
